You may choose to share additional info with us for your Rider profile, like your photo or saved addresses (e.g., home or work), and set up other preferences (such as your preferred pronouns).

Professional’s Information: When you sign up to be a professional, we will collect the information you provide in your application, including your name, email address, phone number, birth date, profile photo, physical address, government identification number (such as driver’s license number), and driver’s license information. We collect the payment information you provide us, including your credit card information.

B. Reviews and Feedback

When your clients provide feedback about your professional services, we collect all of the information provided in the feedback.

C. Communications

When you contact us or we contact you, we collect any information that you provide, including the contents of the messages or attachments you send us.

D. Information We Collect When You Use the BRT Platform

Clients: We collect your device’s precise location when you open and use the BRT App, including while the App is running in the background at the time you request a professional.

Professionals: We collect your device’s precise location when you open and use the BRT App, including while the App is running in the background. We also collect your location for a limited time to ensure you meet the client’s criteria.

5. The Personal Data That We Collect

1. In Section 3 we set out the general categories of personal data that we process and, in the case of personal data that we did not obtain directly from you, information about the source and specific categories of that data.
